About this event
This 75-minute class is adaptable for various levels and physical limitations.
It starts with a short cardiovascular component, which can be done seated. The remaining time includes seated or standing balance work, strength, agility, stability, and stretching exercises. The final part is seated, focusing on posture, stretching, visualization, and relaxation.
Suitable for all levels, including those with mobility and balance challenges.
