About this event
Pranayama and guided meditation are ancient practices beneficial to the health of body and mind. These practices are designed to improve our sleep and mood, help us manage our emotions, and create a sense of deeper connection with ourselves and others.
Structure: 10-min meaningful icebreaker group exercise; 15-min pranayama; 20-min guided meditation; 10-min guided rest period; 5-min group sharing.
