Are you looking for low-impact exercise that can improve your strength, flexibility, and balance? A class designed for older adults of all fitness levels and abilities? Join our Seniors Pilates class and discover the benefits of this gentle but effective workout. Pilates focuses on core stability, posture, and breathing. It can help reduce stress, prevent injuries, and enhance your well-being. You’ll learn the basics in a supportive and friendly environment. Please bring a mat. 10 minutes of gentle warm-up, 40 minutes of exercises, 10 minutes of stretch and release.
