The end of life is just part of life. And talking about it won't kill you! Be empowered to make your wishes known and while you're at it, empower your advocates to speak with confidence on your behalf. These two "essential" sessions will give you practical, actionable information about healthcare decisions at the end of life, including refusing or withdrawing care. We'll cover what your options are, how to make a plan that suits you, and who to share it with. Instructor: Christa Ovenell
