Practicing yoga reduces stress and pain and is effective in maintaining good physical and mental health, including increased energy, strength and mobility. This yoga program for seniors is a basic-level hatha class and will include modifications and adjustments to help you feel comfortable and stable in your practice. All levels are welcome. Everyone can work at their own level and pace. Please bring your own yoga mat.
