Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art and a gentle form of exercise based on the principle of the interplay of Yin and Yang. The slow and graceful movements of Tai Chi promote good balance, proper alignment, and improved concentration. In this course, we will review the 24 Form and its mirror image, and work on the 48 Form, which combines the 4 main styles of Tai Chi: Yang, Chen, Wu, and Sun.
