Our rides may start at a Vancouver location such as Brock House, Science World; or farther afield on such routes as the PoCo trail or Richmond Dyke. We bike at a fairly relaxed pace, usually for 25 to 35 kilometers, sometimes farther if the terrain is flat. We try to include a picnic or restaurant lunch, and sometimes enjoy refreshments after our ride. Both e-bikes and regular bikes are welcome.
