Become more aware of your signs of stress and learn a relaxation technique that can be used in everyday life. Relaxation reduces our stress, pain, anxiety, and negative emotions, and benefits our mind and body in many different ways. You will learn a very practical technique that is easy to put into practice on the spot. Bring a mat, a blanket (in case the room is cold), and a voice recording device.
