Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art based on the principle of Yin and Yang. The slow and graceful movements of Tai Chi promote coordination, concentration, and physical/mental balance. In the Level 1 course, we will embark on a study of the 24 Form, also known as the “Simplified Yang style,” or the “short form.” Suitable for beginners.
Please note, participants are required to sign a waiver.
