Continue with this popular exercise at Brock House. Respecting physical distancing, this 60-minute chair yoga class will help you improve your strength, balance, concentration and flexibility. We start in the chair and include standing poses, breath work and yoga dance! Open to all levels in a safe and fun environment! As the sessions are each only 4 weeks, summer is a great opportunity to try chair yoga! Instructor: Allison Citynski.
Note: As per provincial health guidelines – masks are now optional during exercise classes.
