Basic-level Hatha yoga class to help you maintain good physical and mental health. Instructor: Into Yoga. (Further course details below.)
As per provincial health guidelines – masks are now optional during exercise classes. Please wear a mask inside the House, until you reach your destination. You then have a choice to keep your mask on or take it off during the exercise class.
To register, click the "Register Now" button on the right-hand side of the screen. If you don’t see this button, it means you haven't not logged in as a member yet. You can log in by clicking "Member Login" at the top right side of the screen. If you’re having difficulties registering, you can call the office for assistance at 604-228-1461 during weekdays between 10:00am to 2:00pm.
Minimum to run this class is 10 people.

Practicing yoga reduces stress and pain and is effective in maintaining good physical and mental health, including increased energy, strength and mobility to name a few. This seniors’ yoga program is basic-level hatha classes and will include modifications and adjustments to help you feel comfortable and stable in your practice. All levels are welcome. Everyone can work at their level and pace. Please bring your own yoga mat to participate in this program.
