Now more than ever, we have the urge to see the world and remember the time when we are able to see and visit other countries. Join John Smith, Rose Taylor and a team of photo enthusiasts as they share their travel stories through picturesque presentations from the comfort of your home.

April 12: “Myanmar, The Golden Land. A Cultural Tour through this Beautiful and Fascinating Buddhist Country, 2015.” with Donna Hogge.

April 19: “Gems of Central BC - Prince Rupert to Prince George. From Spectacular Scenery to First Nations Art and Culture”  with Sheila Page.

April 26: “Adventure Canada Cruise to Greenland, Baffin Island & Devon Island, 2018. Marian took the trip to experience again, the landscape of her Arctic childhood.” with Marian Dodds.

May 3: “Two weeks of Driving Through the Smaller Roads and Country Lanes of Southern England and the West Country”  with Eddie Ho.

May 10: 
Cruising Around the Islands of Japan  with Jim Leggott.

May 17: 
The Axis of Evil?  My Travels in Iran, Iraq & North Korea with Guest Speaker Nancy Marchant, from Toronto, Ontario

May 31: 
"Ocean and River Cruising Around the World". The Travel Committee has asked 2 experienced Cruise Travel Agents to come and give us some tips on cruising in a post-covid world.  We also offer some personal experiences from our Committee member, Doug Davidson, who has taken 20 cruises.

June 7: 
Five Amazing weeks touring Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand and Singapore.  Highlights include: Halong Bay, Mekong Delta River Cruise, Angkor Wat, and Sailing on the Star Clipper Ship in the Andaman Sea with Patricia Brady & Murray Safarik.

June 14: 
A Different Travel Experience: The story of how Ian's 2 great-uncles came to Canada from Scotland in 1900 to take up work as fur traders for the Hudson's Bay Company. Ian has researched their life experiences from Hudson's Bay Company archives in Winnipeg, and by visiting James Bay and Northern BC where they worked and died.  with Ian Paterson.
