Tai Chi is not only a Chinese martial art, but also a gentle form of exercise, and a mentally stimulating field of study. The slow and graceful movements of Tai Chi cultivate balance, strength, and coordination. Memorizing the sequence also challenges the mind and improves concentration. The practice of Tai Chi has been shown to promote cardiovascular health, better digestion, joint mobility, and better sleep.
