10:45 am to 12:45 pm. This beginner-friendly Qigong program is designed especially for older adults. Participants will be introduced to simple breathing techniques, gentle movements, and relaxation exercises that support balance, flexibility, and overall well-being. The session is slow-paced, easy to follow, and adaptable for varying mobility levels, including seated options. No prior experience is required. Join us to reduce stress, boost energy, and enjoy a calm, supportive group environment.

Qigong with Cui Yan

Bio: Cui Yan is a Qigong instructor dedicated to promoting gentle, accessible wellness practices for older adults. With experience guiding beginners through breathing, stretching, and relaxation exercises, she emphasizes safety, clarity, and enjoyment in her teaching. Her approach makes Qigong easy to learn and suitable for seniors of all fitness levels.
