Instructor: Anne O'Sullivan
Developed by B.C. Women's Hospital, Osteofit is a medically endorsed, research-based exercise program designed for people with osteoporosis, osteopenia, or an increased risk of falls. Led by certified instructors, this one-hour class combines education with primarily standing, functional exercises to safely improve strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and confidence, helping participants maintain independence and reduce the risk of falls and fractures.
Anne O'Sullivan is a BCRPA Registered Personal Trainer specializing in older adult fitness, Osteofit, balance, post-rehabilitation, and yoga. She has been helping older adults improve strength, balance, mobility, and overall well-being since 2014. Anne previously taught Osteofit at Brock House for many years and is excited to return to support you on your wellness journey.
