Instructed by Shelley Burns
In this hands-on online series, newer players as well as advancing players will learn the techniques to taking more tricks. Whether playing casually or in tournament Bridge, the most important skill in Bridge is recognizing how to develop extra tricks.
Online learning is the best way to learn Bridge. There is no pressure as nobody is watching you. Everyone gets a chance to play at the same time as robots are used as table mates. You can Undo or Replay at any time. After everyone plays the hand, the instructor will guide the players as to what they should be thinking about when making a plan.
All lessons are recorded for later viewing, so people can catch up easily if they have to miss a class. The instructor can also share the class hands with students so they can practice during the week.
Accessing Zoom is required for this class.
To help ensure a smooth online learning experience, the instructor will offer a
complimentary orientation session on
Monday, October 26, from
6:30 to 8 pm to introduce participants, answer questions, and assist with setting up the required technology. Participants needing additional support can receive assistance during Computer Help on Monday, November 2, from 1 to 3 pm.
