EV401 Mooncake-Making Workshop
About this event
Instructor: Abraham Wong
The Mid-Autumn Festival is one of the most celebrated traditions in many East and Southeast Asian cultures. Dating back more than 3,000 years to ancient China's harvest festivals, it is celebrated on the 15th day of the eighth lunar month, when the full moon symbolizes reunion and gratitude. Celebrate at Brock House by making snow-skin mochi mooncakes in one of three delicious flavours: milky custard, strawberry, and red bean. You'll take home everything you make. All ingredients, tools, and take-home boxes are included.
