World Tai Chi Day Workshop

Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art and a gentle form of exercise based on the principle of the interplay of Yin and Yang. The slow and graceful movements of Tai Chi promote good balance, proper alignment, and improved concentration.
This workshop is offered free for members to celebrate World Tai Chi Day celebrated around the world in over 90 different countries.
Come practice or learn more about this ancient martial art form.
