About this event
Although we usually think of table tennis as a leisure activity, it’s actually a very good physical workout. It raises the heart rate, strengthens muscles, mobilizes joints, and sharpens reaction times. Not to mention that it’s a whole lot of fun! Drop-ins welcome.
