About this event
This class focuses on improving your balance and building your ankle, knee and hip strength. You will work on strengthening your motor abilities and increasing your proprioception, a crucial sense for balance and movement. You’ll get a comprehensive workout designed for seniors in both seated and standing exercises, including the use of elastic bands, coordination drills, and balance practice. Suitable for all levels.
