Nature journaling is an open-ended exploration that integrates art and science to document and better understand the world unfolding around us–in our own way, and for our own wellbeing. We will learn how to begin and maintain a nature-journaling practice, discussing basic principles, benefits, materials, techniques, and simple steps. This four-session workshop will promote a deeper, more personal connection with nature by exploring the natural history and biodiversity of Jericho Beach Park. Come out and open a world of wonder and curiosity. No previous art experience needed.
