During our 3 sessions, we will explore your aspirations for and apprehensions about aging. The sessions are combined lecture/workshop style so come prepared to get thoughts out of your head and onto paper!  We will explore

Session 1: Who decides what a “life worth living” is? (Good news–it’s you!) How can you make your wishes known if circumstances change in your life?

Session 2: What would you do with the rest of your life if you knew you would live to 100? Can you envision a time when life could be too long?

Session 3: Where could you envision living for the rest of your life? What can you take now to align your desires with realistic possibilities?
