Led by Jessica Miskiewicz, MA, RCC, Registered Psychotherapist

This program provides a supportive space for members to engage in small group discussions, fostering mental health and overall well-being. This group will offer a warm and engaging environment where participants can share experiences, learn valuable coping strategies, and gain support from one another. Sessions will be interactive and discussion-based, ensuring that each participant feels heard and supported.

Week 1: Building Connections & Understanding Mental Wellness

Practical relaxation exercises (mindfulness & grounding techniques)

Jessica brings years of experience in the helping profession and mental health research, including published work in the field. She is deeply committed to helping clients break free from patterns that keep them feeling stuck, guiding them toward a life that feels more fulfilling, grounded, and authentic.

Cancellation Policy:
Please read the Brock House Society refund policy prior to registering for activities (courses, events, tours) that have a fee.

- There is a $10 processing fee for ALL cancellations.
- To ensure that classes and events can go ahead as planned, members must cancel a class or event no later than 3 days prior to the start/event date to be eligible for refunds. No refunds are given after this deadline.
- To be eligible for a refund of tours, cancellation requests must be received 7 days prior to the tour. No refunds are given after this deadline.
- If Brock House needs to cancel a course/event/tour due to low attendance, a full refund will be provided.
