Join this popular exercise class while practicing Physical Distancing of 2 meters or 6 feet apart. Instructor: Kate Maliha. (See full description below.)

If you’re having difficulties registering, you can call the office for assistance at 604-228-1461 during weekdays between 10:00am to 2:00pm.
As per provincial health guidelines – masks are now optional during exercise classes. Please wear a mask inside the House, until you reach your destination. You then have a choice to keep your mask on or take it off during the exercise class.
Minimum to run this class is 8 people.
Registration cancellations will be accepted until Sunday, January 30, 2022 at 12:01 AM
This is a moderate/challenging 60-minute class. Class begins with a low-impact cardiovascular segment, followed by exercises to improve balance, strength, posture, and body alignment, and ends with stretching. Folks who are at high risk for falls are not recommended to take this class. If in doubt, please contact the instructor through the office for more information.
