Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise, a martial art, and a moving meditation, based on the principle of the interplay of Yin and Yang. Slow and graceful movements improve balance, co-ordination and well-being. Emphasis on proper alignment promotes
Qi flow through the body, and sustained concentration makes it an excellent exercise for the mind as well! New beginners are welcome to join this class - you will be able catch up to the group easily.
